I think one better than that. He will go down as a good bowler who had a couple of great periods in his career. When he was on form he was devastating. When he wasn't he was mocked by the masses.
About his form in Sky's item on fast bowling he went to Dennis Lillee for advice on how to overcome his misfiring. Apparently Lillee had him running with a ball in his hand, and that seemed to do it. After that he was no longer erratic.
