This is getting rather jumbled. QdK is better than an 8. If Bavuma goes early then he will be batting with Rabada, Philander, Maharaj and Morkel. Don't think Bairstow should keep wicket. Would bat him at 3 over Ballance any day. Root gets his preferred 4. Ali 5. Stokes 6. Buttler 7. Rashid and the rest for the last few bats. Would have been my choice. Cook and Jennings are nailed on to open for the series.
