The fight was definitely there during our last tour, but we didn't have the skills to counter the moving ball. From the way the likes of Shaw or Gill or even Pujara, Rahane or Kohli play, I wonder if anything much has changed. If the conditions aid swing, our batting would still struggle. Our catching too has been poor, so it might provide a lot more chance for the English batsmen. That only leaves our bowlers, and thankfully we have a decent bunch these days, so that's something to feel hopeful about.
