thing is that not every pitch in England is a swinger/seamer paradise and you get a bit of variety. Think India lost one match last time by not being able to cope with Moeen's spin at the Rosebowl. I tend to agree that England have an advantage if pitch favours Anderson & Broad in particular, but dont think that will be every match by any means.
I would fancy India on a flat pitch, for example as they have greater variety in bowling attack, and more batsmen who can fill their boots
