Any others since 2010?

Players seem to get away with standing on the ball, recently Cummins and Broad.
McGrath didn't....

England got 5 penalty runs and the ball changed though.

Haven't we been well behaved this year and last by comparison with 2016?

Stokes managed an appropriate comment? No wonder he was awarded a demerit point. Not up to his standard of behaviour off the field.

Corrected, thanks

Can't believe Root's 'shaking his head and kicking the ground' got a demerit point. Also there was no point in him pleading not guilty.

Ali was bowling to Perera. Most of the time Root shakes his head when umpires give what he thinks are wrong decisions. Must have been the kicking the ground.
