Amla is horribly out of nick starting back from the Bangladesh series, going up and down from 3 to 4, might be just the luck he needs.

Big sigh of relief from Jonny Bairstow, Amla gone.

Yikes, what a delivery.

Belatedly Broad brilliantly bails out Bairstow's bad ballskills.

Well, thankfully, the drop didn't cost us too dear.

Good bowling by Broad. Woakes has looked good too.

Broad really is a class act isn't he?

Talking of class acts, it's AB.

Hoping against hope that Finn can maintain the standard when he comes on to bowl.

Tough ask to be better than Broad. Only really Steyn has managed that the last few years.

Short memories. He's bowling well today, though.

Bit fortunate that full toss didn't get hit out of the ground.

I thought I'd have it at about 5 o'clock. Warm and sunny in Leeds. Cucumber sandwiches, I think.

Clearly not out. The catcher being Stokes, though, Botham is convinced it is out. Now inevitably talking about the foreshortening effect of the camera even though the conclusive angle was from the side.

As far as low referred catches go, that seemed like one of the more 'out' ones I've seen.

Am I right in thinking Stokes was unsure?

Looked out to me, normally these types of calls you get doubt when you zoom but that looked as as much as possible to me.

Love the fact that Gower has to keep apologising for poor language on the stump mic. I don't recall the footie commentators apologising for the fans singing "you're ****ing *****" in the Stoke v Utd games yesterday.
