2 - 1 England.

Not going to try to predict any more.

I'm excited and nervous already.

It will take a miraculous change of weather for Melbourne to be anything but a draw, the other trouble with that is the tour match will probably be washed out

think it will be 2-2

Top Batsmen – Bell and Hussey
Top Bowlers – Broad and Johnson

Players I think will fail badly are Cook and Jimmy for us and Watson will look the donkey opener he is and this will be the end of Ponting (that could come and bite me on the backside!)

The test is still a month away. Unless you're privy to a new super accurate forecasting system only available in the Richmond and Jollimont area. If you do have this system can you let me know if it will rain Saturday in the Kuna Yala as I am planning to head up this weekend.

I see you also picked Strauss, though. And if Swann's first over is anything to go by, your prediction's in for a thrashing, especially looking at the scoreline you predicted.

Early days but looking good, Ash. You are the only one who has predicted Cook to top score.

If today is anything to go by, you may be right. It's not normally the case that the no. 6 doesn't get a look in, however, not with England's usual batting.
