What about Tom Lungley in the Leicestershire match then? By far his best game ever!

yes what a promising start he has made to the season, hec would appear to have come on leaps and bounds from the the unthreatening stuff he bowled last year so fair play to him!

Actually all the bowlers look far better than i expected with Dean changing his approach some what and becoming more of a containing bowler whiler Wagg appears to provide good firepower.

our good start to the season my well come unstuck this week with 3 guys out through injury. Rankin is unsuprisingly already injured , Kevin Dean is worringly injured and Chris Taylors absense hands yet nother game to Hasan.

I'd play this team on wednesdy:

Weston
Stubbings
Katich
Birt
Smith
Borrington/Birch
Pipe
Wagg
Lungely
White
Needham

We are like the walking wounded now, only 9 fit players left in this match with Lungely and Weston both picking up injrires to join; Taylor, Rankin, Dean and Hunter on crock watch.

we actually now have no bowlers left now which is why we end up with Greg Smith bowling 30 Overs, if we lose another one i fear Hasan may take the chance to become chief strike bowler!!!

Gosh we are rubbish at this one day cricket business and these injuries need to actually go away....

Greg "bits and pieces of rubbish" Smith doesn't offer one thing or the other in my opinion but it beats playin hasan "no runs and run everybody else out Adnan".

next game we may aswell try something differenmt since we are on the way out however the injury list now reads: Birch, Cusden, Welch, Rankin, Weston, Dean, Lungely and then this Harvey business.

so anyone who is fit will get a go!!!

Stubbings
Katich
Pipe
Birt
Smith (grr)
Hasan (grrrrrrr)
Botha
Wagg
Needham
Hunter
White

i don't actually think we have any other players........

Are you any good at running between the wickets? Only if you are, surely you're the better choice.

Instead he is free to annoy everyone commentating.

Any ideas why Hogg turned down a loan move to Derbyshire and chose Worcs instead?

Derbyshire didn't do too badly on the wrong handed throw challenge. 3 players managed to hit the target. The funniest though had to be the Nathan Bracken lookalike wannabee Taylor throw a pathetic one which bounced several times and just past the edge of the stumps without hitting. Taylor obviously thought he'd hit is as he took off his shirt and did a mad celebration!
