SA win the toss and will bowl. The England team news is that Bairstow sits out as expected, and also Willey is out (urr) and Plunkett in.

Oh dear, Roy is out in the second over. That puts England potentially in trouble, as Hales and Root don't tend to make the most of the powerplay.

Bowling attack looks light on threat in general.

Here's a nice one for you, Jock:

ODI SLOGGING INDEX (= average x strike rate per ball)

Ali: 25.87 x 0.9971 = 25.79
Rashid: 26.78 x 1.1194 = 29.98

Now now - lets see what he can do here with the bat.

Need 100+ off last 11. Big big ask.

Glad Bairstow isn't in the team said nobody ever.

Ali doing a good job of upping the ante here. Fine half century - based off my earlier post he'll now be out soon.

Well it seems the "experiment" with only 5 front line bowlers is over.

I'm claiming 50% of the credit for Moeen's innings ...

Yep, nice to see Jock spot on as usual, in this case about England having dropped him.

Had WJB played I'm sure our total would have likely have been higher than 339.

Better outfits that the Saffers XI would have chased that down.

Morgan MoTM for me - quality ton and the captaincy.

Sometimes it's easier just to say someone played well. Injury to Stokes showed the advantage of 6 bowlers, although Ali bowled well yesterday and would probably have bowled out anyway.

What better outfits? The saffers have 4 of the World's top 10 ODI batsmen.
