He has. Might only have been one match. Think he got injured just after and he was never the same after. Well until this season at least, although by christ have we endured some dross from him in the mean time. Still, I'd open up with him again next season

Given that Luke Wells and Ben Stokes are both younger and have hit more Championship hundreds this season than Hales has first class hundreds in his career, count me as sceptical for now.
