He stands a decent chance I would have thought - haven't had chance to see him bat yet but everyone I've spoken to rates him very highly.

Shame about the collapse yesterday - looks like this match will be a lot closer than the first.

He's coming good this season. One of the most graceful batsmen I've seen in a Glos shirt.

Now we've got them 29-3. Maybe not as close as it looked yesterday

Seems that RHB isn't the new Andrew Flintoff and wasn't out drinking before the game and that cricinfo made a big error!

Pakistan 178 for 6 now.

Liam Dawson contributing well again yesterday with 58 and 2-18. Hopefully England will wrap up a 2-0 series win today.

Looks an interesting finish to this game. Pakistan need 83 more to win, with five wickets in hand. One new batsman in, and Ahmed Shahzad is on 140*.

I did think about adding a rider saying he was 15 in Pakistani years, but its a cracking effort however old he is.

I meant his innings was a cracking effort, not his beard.

Better than what they term "footballer's sideburns", 11-a-side.
