As expected from the day the squad was picked, crane comes in for a dead rubber as one of two spinners because he could not be picked as sole spinner. I hope he has a better spin bowling career than Borthwick.

Are you sure? He's a spinner remember, and judging by most of what's been said on here this winter, most spectators will be wanting him to fail so their predictions that he's rubbish will be right. Crane could not be picked as the sole spinner because Malan and Root are in the team. But if they weren't, I'm sure he could be.
