"Four former white cricketers" Have they undergone a reverse Wacko Jacko or something? ![]()

But it sounds like Roy keeps his place with the only possible changes coming in the bowlers. Moeen and Wood may both get a game. |

Re SA, I would love to see Nortje, Rabada and Ngidi bowl together in a test match. That would be some pace attack. SA probably need at least 3 more test batsmen of decent quality to be that competitive again.

Certainty get rid of Roy. Thought it wasn't smart of the Saffers to get him out. They should have kept him in as he wasn't scoring. Hope they omit both Currans, certianly Tom.

what's happened to Banton by the way - has he been discarded as He would seem a potential successor to Roy. Similarly, Phil Salt at Sussex seems to have been on the fringes of selection without it ever happening. He could also fill the opening slot and scores quickly (good fielder as well)

Is Mark Wood in this squad?
I'd like to see him play if so. |

SA win toss and bat. England unchanged, SA have rotated Rabada out and look weaker than the last game.

Incredible England unchanged. Nice to give South Africa a chance.

I guess they've decided to go with the rule of not changing a winning team.

Not really sure why Morgan has gone to Stokes this early.
I think 160 would be competitive here. Stokes gets Bavuma........

I wonder if T Curran bowls the 18th and 20th overs again.
Morgan seems to have a lot of faith in him as a death bowler. |

Might be a moot point if SA don't get a wiggle on, though its clearly a slowie.

Don’t think it is going to be a 170+ score unless they go crazy. Looks like it isn’t an easy pitch for batting.

And with T. Curran bowling more dross he might well do.

Utter garbage from Currant. Can’t help but wonder if the SA spinners might feel confident of defending their score.
