Will Team Morgan bat out all their overs?

What happened to Archer 3-0-30-0?

They might have been wise to let Team Morgan use some batsmen for the last 5 overs, this is looking pretty one sided.

98-8 after 16

The scoreboard has frozen after 17 overs. Are they taking a “tactical break”?

Ball was retired out and Stokes has returned at number 11.

But now Moeen is out with 11 balls still left to bowl, will someone else appear? Turned into a bit of a farce this.

In play again, or Cricinfo have woken up. Sam bowling his 4th over. There’s a turn up.

I posted this before but then the scoreboard went backwards. I suspect we’re no longer in real time but this innings has been over for a while.

All a bit weird. Tbh I wish they’d treat warm up games like proper matches instead of messing about with the batting.

It was. I was following Rory Dollard on twitter who is there and tweeting regular updates. Team Morgan 139-9 from 20 overs, although lucky to get more than 120 really.

I think they were treating it like a proper game until one side decided to bat like muppets.

Pity Stone only got 2 overs. 2-0-12-3.

Thanks. I had a look at twitter but couldn’t find a regular feed. Before the start I had an email from We are England Cricket telling me about a live video feed. Entered my email address and what I thought was my password but unacceptable. Emailed to req change of password. No reply. Gave up. Made a cup of tea. Made do with Cricinfo.

Roll on the televised games.

Sam Curran going a bit wild

and Root decided to join him at the end....

Great for team Buttler to get the runs in 12.3 overs.

Wow, I missed those later overs. Was following up one or two twitter threads, no idea match was coming to a close but Root and Curran were batting the previous time I looked.

Are there just these two warm ups - or maybe one v a SA team?
