Much better field from QDK for the last over here compared to Englands although a deep mid wicket could move to the off side as well. Squeaky bum time.

As it happened, Sam Curran had a far worse day today. Taken off after 2 expensive overs and not brought back, 1 run with the bat when all he had to do was help see England home. Let’s hope they both do better on Tuesday.

This England team looks close to ideal, with players now showing the benefits of honing their skills in the IPL. Malan really showed that today, yet the modest target they were chasing was because the bowling is so good.

They're going to need a second spinner for a World Cup in India. That they're not trying one here on a pitch offering assistance is odd.

Depends - if your second spinner in the squad isn't as good as Tom Curran then of limited value to play them here.

Maybe for the dead rubber they could give another bowler a chance - Topley perhaps ? Livingston isn't in the T20 squad.

I know South Africa decided not to kneel, from what I remember England stopped after the West Indies went home.
