De-regionalised groups a definite - sick of seeing the same old teams every year.
No quarter-finals a major - isn't the season ending a week earlier than normal? I guess the T20 extension has put paid to that.

Hmm, you would think Essex will walk our group. Hopefully we'll be able to get our act together in 40 over cricket to mount a decent challenge.

I also don't like regionalisation. We must play Yorkshire 100 times a season.

Yorks feel exactly the same about Durham ... like the above this comment isn't meant to be nasty btw

Many Yorkies are looking forward to playing The Netherlands away .... there's excelent overnight ferries from Hull to make the trip into a bit of a do .... although I bet they schedule the match for a mid week

Bit silly not to have Q/Fs. No doubt this will be introduced for the 2011 season. Same thing happened in the FPT when they began the groups.

Wasn't there one year where it was just the winners of the two groups who qualified for the final? Just when you thought the ECB had learned their lesson

That was 2006 when Sussex beat Lancs in the final.
