Agreed! Other bowlers bowled dross though. Why pick on Rashid?

Distinctive batting style from Roy. Precise and solid strokes.

England to win on D/L anybody? Hope not 'cos this is going to be interesting otherwise, especially as Roy goes for an excellent knock.

If you were to be putting any money on, an England victory would no doubt give you some rather tempting odds although England still have some batting firepower to come.

So long as they can up the rate in the next 3 overs they might well win. Mo going at it big time. I didn't catch Sunday's game as I was playing cricket myself but he's been giving a bit of a dose of what he served out on Sunday it seems.

I would say that was close for Ali but it was Samuels at backward point for some reason so no need to worry.

If that's it, that's a superb job from Buttler and Ali to time that.

What time do they have to be back out by?

Isn't he just? Super little innings to get England home.

Botham and Ward talking about what happens to Roy if Hales is available in the next game, talking about Roy missing out but I'm guessing they're forgetting about Billings as I can't see Stokes being back!

Can't see them dropping Roy or Bairstow for Friday. Can't see them playing Stokes. Hales for Billings seems the most likely option.

Yeah it seems rather obvious although I guess after our bowling performance Morgan might want an extra bowler unfortunately I can't see him making way himself!

The Windies must be wondering what they have to do win a match. A score of 176 and a 5-56 and still on the wrong end of the result.

Not get totally taken apart by Moeen and Jos having got themselves into a dominant position, I suppose. The impending rain very much looked to be to their advantage when the 5th wicket fell. Moeen especially hauled England up to the par score improbably devastatingly. Why Holder was bowling Nurse to him when he could have used any bowler he wanted, given he clearly didn't need to worry about the death, is baffling though.

Interesting that a few overs of ODI cricket should be thought relevant to the considerations of test selectors.

More impressed (and surprised) by Ali's awareness of the match situation i.e. the Duckworth-Lewis target.

He had some luck but some good striking again.

Given the video now in the public domain, I'd be surprised if Hales plays on Friday.

Great knock by Moeen again who showed both meteorological and D/L awareness in timing it perfectly.

They could have won if the match had gone the distance.
