Trust me, that was a good 0-0. Consider yourself lucky you weren't watching us at home in December or January.

Agreed it was a routine save.

Replaced by whom?

And why wouldn't that be a risk either?

Has Collingwood retired from one day cricket? He's still one of the most economical T20 bowlers.

A two-run-a-ball half century for the skipper today.

Finn also got outstanding T20 figures of 3-0-8-1

Does tredders not even get in the Kent side without an overseas player?

Let's hope that morgan can continue this form against fast bowling!

A bit off topic but Devon's Jamie Overton went for 37 off of his 3 overs.

He should not be playing t20. He is cannon fodder.

Didn't middlesex acore 220 on Saturday? Where is the captain's analysis.

If bell struggles then is bairstow next cab?

I think I mentioned Morgan's 200s/r and Finn's bowling analysis, but missed his captaincy which saw Middlesex win by 42 runs. Oh and mentioning that Jordan was crap.

I have no idea what you are talking about. I posted a link to a scorecard and merely noticed a golden duck for captain fantastic. I am not sure how you are trying to discuss straw men again but you do like using the term inappropriately so feel free to explain.

I think that after "pivotal", "straw man" may well be the most used expression on here. Well done to anyone who comes up with a pivotal straw man in any discussion.

143 for Jason Roy versus Lancashire today, his second first class century of the season.

The lad has a stack load of talent, although the only time I watched him bat this year, he got a duck v Jessie Ryder's dibbly dobblers.

Anybody who can master the art of dibblydobbling can be a very useful bowler. There aren't many who have.

Have England found their MoJo? Pacey young left armer Luke Wood of Nottinghamshire has a century and fifty in the current match, plus three wickets opening the bowling. Expect him to be touring this winter?

Touring with England or the lions? If the latter then maybe, but even I then there are players ahead of him.

This is his first season as a regular and he has only had one eye catching match. Looks a prospect though.

He's not pacey though, early eighties at best. Talented for sure but needs to find an extra yard of pace to make a step up.

Chris Jordan's figures in this match make horrific reading compared to the other bowlers on show. Sky could not stop talking about how he should play for his catching. Have things got that bad?

Gutted for kieswetter retiring. A freak accident leads to England's only ever world final man of the match leaving the game.

Really sad news. Hopefully Somerset will find a role for him coaching if he wants to stay in the game.
