Probably although he's due in court on August 6th.

I forgot.

Perhaps in jail, he'll meet Tommy Robinson and convert to Islam.

Liam Livingstone, Joe Root, Ben Stokes and KP.

England's changes in ODI fortunes is of course based upon being able to score 480+

However England's premier pace off the ball limited overs bowler remains Ravi Bopara.

Don’t think he’d get on with Moeen

Another ton for young Ollie Pope for Surrey, his third of the season I think. Has anyone seen much of him play? Could he be worth fast-tracking?

I'd like to see another start to the season like this. If he keeps it up he'll have earnt a place in the side.

Now that Glen Chapple has been recruited to scout in support of the England national selector, what price Daryl Mitchell as England opener? After three consecutive centuries, all match winning no doubt. Chapple and Lancashire clearly haven't a clue how to dismiss him. Either that or he will be offered the captaincy at Lancashire. He could name his price today.

He'd not be the worst call. Certainly happy to dig in when required.

Rory Burns would be my choice, even though he is left handed.

I saw him on the England balcony during the first Test at Lord's, and he can't have been just a sub fielder as he was in his Surrey gear, so they must be taking a good look at him. He has kept wicket in this match too.

Ed Smith is all about not blotting your copybook in front of him.

I thought it was "wouldn't mind this (Pope) or Clarke" based my tremendous experience interpreting my mother's messages...

Is it really that hard just to proof read one or two sentence posts before pressing reply?

Sam Hain, Liam Dawson and Reece Topley really standing out in this Lions series.

I think Dawson is the obvious replacement if either Rashid or Ali get injured.

I like having a left armer in the side. I think Willey is decent and Sam Curran has a lot of potential, but I reckon that Topley might be the man at present. Doesn’t matter that he’s a rabbit with the bat. We have 10 other guys who can bat. Mills would be my preferred left arm option in T20s.

It’s pretty hard to getting a batting spot at the moment. Just ask Livingstone, Malan, Billings or Vince. But I think Hain really is one to watch. Can’t be many around the world with his List A record.
