That was a shocker from Mo. Almost identical to Gabriel's drop on day 1.

Great start to the day. Bad let down from Ali and the windiest should use this to build their lead. Grind England down for another 50 runs for the final 3 wickets.

Think that's the worst drop I've seen for quite a few years at this level.

Blackwood doing what he does here. Moeen's probably dropped the match there.

Well they opened the bowling in 182 Tests between them!

My question really was why are the counties not signing any talent from the Afro-Caribbean community - batting or bowling?

There's Jordan, Carberry and Bell-Drummond. Then there's a few British-Asians. But after that English cricket seems to be whiter than it has been at any time in the last 30 years - which is decidely odd when all the demographic trends are in exactly the opposite direction.

Bit harsh to blame Moeen when England have been largely dismal for two days straight.

Really? The calibre of black players isn't as good as white players???

You may care to rephrase that comment as it could be dangerously miscontrued.

**** off with trying to make this about race - counties sign players based on their ability and their salary.

If you have any evidence to the contrary then put it forward instead of coming out with some Harriet Harman luvvie nonsense about the colour of skin.

****.

You really are a cretin, aren't you?

The reason counties aren't picking individual black players is yes, that they aren't good enough.

The question he's asking is why aren't there any that are good enough, which is probably related to how many black kids are taking up cricket.
