Slightly timid start from England. I hope that isn't a sign of things to come. Decent bowling from the Windies though to be fair.

18 runs off it. Good call.

The 5 wides made a big difference to that over and the pressure has been released.

That's a soft dismissal from Jason Roy. Safe to say that's not the first time I've typed that.

After a decent last few overs, progress has stalled a bit, they need to get a bit of a move on now. I would also hope that they think about promoting Buttler, from about 7 or 8 overs to go.

I can't quite decide if England are setting the game up nicely or being slightly over cautious. I'd certainly be happier with 10 or 15 more runs in the board.

I definitely worry that the England seam bowlers will travel a fair bit. A strange and possibly misguided optimism over the spinners though!

I think it's pretty even after 10 overs. The ten wides have helped to make up for Hales's relatively subdued batting.

I think England will be handicapped in this tournament by feeling that they need to keep wickets in hand, because of their policy of playing 6 bowlers.
We are very good at laying a nice foundation and spectacularly failing to capitalise upon it.

Hales could do with picking up the pace a bit.

Hales gone missing a straight ball. That's a pretty awful T20 innings to be brutally honest.

The England management agrees at least. Re Hales and Roy they don't rotate the strike well when they're not hitting boundaries, it is poor and reflects particularly badly on the former given that he's now been playing IT20 for a fair time.

Poor from him and Roy. If moeen plays he should open as he hits over the top but not sixes. He is pointless down the order. Roy flatters to deceive.

Pretty good start all round - need 90 off 8 overs - with plenty of wickets in hand.

A few decent shots but with Buttler out now 180 may be tricky.

I love the way that fast bowlers celebrate having someone caught at deep square leg from a knee high full toss. It is not quite hitting top of off to someone playing forward defence is it?
