100 up for DiVenuto. First of many I hope.

Why is Muchall still in the team? Park was scoring runs for fun at the end of last year, and was a (although minor) factor in you staying up - yet he doesn't start.

Muchall got off to a flyer at the start of last season and then his form disappeared.

It seems he's struggling already. Park is normally reserve W/K but he does have a FC century and it may be worth putting him in the side as a middle order batsman.

No CC game for us today. We've got a Uni game.

Muchall out for not much, I see. Even B Harmison made some runs

He always does against minor sides. As for Muchall, he will need to get some consistency or his contract won't be renewed.

Looks like Durham are going to have an easy win against their University side.

Not surpised to be honest. He's out of form.

Pleased that Coetzer has taken his chance. He's a quality player and seemed to be somewhat unfairly leapfrogged by Ben Harmison at the end of last season.

Certainly the first of at least two, anyway. Another ton today carrying the batting.

...not for the first time. He's been a good signing for us.

Well today's innings has been Di Venuto with some help from Coetzer and so far very little else. A few runs from Plunkett would be in order here.

Got 35 which isn't bad. Just need Harmy to stick in there now.

you don't need much else when you have Di Venuto, Derbyshire lived off his runs for years.

I'd be happy if Durham lived off his runs

There's been some bowling to live off too, this game although sadly for Durham, only from the two pace bowlers likely to be playing for England from next week.

Whats up with Mark Davies, he played at the start of the season so where has he gone? I cant imagine for one second that Harmison and Plunkett have pushed him out of the side. No worries the bowling conveyerbelt that is Durham will no doubt produce someone else to take their places.
