It's in Manchester, but yes to Broad and Anderson with Archer or Wood in for Woakes, Currans also missing out.

Woakes has to play doesn’t he? He looked in good form to me.

Dom picking up some tailenders saves him - odd decision given the right handed WI batsmen and Bess not being used until we were rushing for new ball!

wouldn't drop any bowlers after the last test but they seem to be on a rotation thing.

Is Rahkeem expected to play? Windies surely cannot go in with the same XI, the bowlers especially looked pretty cooked. Given Englands troubles with Chase, Cornwall's inclusion should be a no-brainer.

Read somewhere that Stokes won't be fit to bowl.

Archer and Jimmy in I’d expect for Curran and Woakes.

England were rusty in the first game (as is always the case) and with hindsight probably made a poor decision at the toss. They were also without Root. There looked to be a gulf between the sides in the second Test where only the weather made it interesting. With 5 full days play England probably win that by over 300 runs. England can also bring in fresh bowlers whilst the best of the Windies look out on their feet.

It surely takes more than just a half decent offie to change things around.

Rakeem cornwall in for Joseph the only change for WI but they decide to bowl first again.

England make two changes, Crawley and Curran out Jofra and Jimmy in. Batting significantly weakened, Root saying Woakes replacing Stokes as an all rounder even though he was already in the team.

West Indies win the toss and have inserted England.

Crawley and Curran dropped for Anderson and Archer.

Buttler at 6. That feels 6 places too high.
Really looking forward to seeing Cornwall.

Puzzling decisions. Firstly, Windies bringing in a spinner for a seamer and opting to bowl.

England's tail looks horrible. Buttler, Woakes, Bess, Archer, Broad, Jimmy

Our tail is a number 7, two number 8s, a 10 and two 11s. Ouch.

1 to 5 almost certainly need to score a significant number of runs between them! This has an uncomfortable feeling of the ‘70s. I don’t think our number 6 is really a number 7, either.

I don't really understand why we need 4 seamers (5 if Stokes decides he can bowl). Whenever we've tried this in the past it's gone horribly wrong.

Strange selection. Unless Stokes can't bowl it makes no sense.

That's what they were concerned about, Root spoke about it briefly at the toss.

Sibley out to Roach for a duck.
