They said 3.55 on the radio, with a 3hr 15 evening session to 7.30.

Thanks, Pet. I was just wanting to pop out and do some Fitbit steps, thinking I could do more at tea. Just went out for a few mins, back now just in time for tea. (That’s tea for the players and a cuppa for me.

Could you not just pace impatiently around the room, cursing England's inability to take a wicket, to up your steps from the comfort of your own home? Although it sounds like you have worked up a thirst anyway

I live in a three-storey town house and itís easy to do 250 steps running up and down the stairs. But very tedious, so I do a walk round the block instead. Plus I go on proper walks to achieve the 10,000.

Might be worth Root having a few overs to speed up the new ball.

The way things are going England wonít be in a position to agonise over whether or not to enforce the follow-on.

Yup I was thinking the same, also surprised they gave Broad a few overs after tea rather than just starting with Bess.

Neither teams bowlers have looked threatening once the ball gets past about 30 overs on this pitch, as above we should just get both spinners on and try and get to the new ball as quick as possible.

Woakes hasn't seemed on it with the ball though, he didn't last game either.

Decent fight back from PK - pitch is a good one though.

Shows why England were right to bat on.

New ball due is the hope. Do we get reviews back then ?

Still think they could have declared 30mins earlier or at least shown more urgency straight after tea.

No reviews until the next innings.

What a catch, some said Buttler couldn't keep as well... Shame on you.

Having a storming match.

Buttler's had an outstanding test so far. That was a brilliant catch.

Anderson being made to work very hard for these crucial (for him) wickets. Come on slips, get your act together.

Pretty awful.

Could be costly, they really need to get PK back in tonight.
