Apparenty Ervine is fit and even Tremlett is in contention too.

In other news, Dimi and Udal both picked up injuries today. Just as well we've got a decent squad...

Udal apparently has a probable broken ankle.

Just my views on Hampshire's performance today...

Shane Warne batted like a lemon

Adams is fast becoming a class act

Pothas is fast becoming a god

I didn't know James Tomlinson could bowl that fast

He wasn't expected to as he's literally just got off the plane. But with Udal injured, Tremlett still out, and Dimi not 100% he was probably the best option. In the land of the walking wounded the jet lagged man is king

Yeehaw for you Rey, depressing for me. There were times Hoggy batted like a real batsman, and poor old Warney was fair tonked by Younus - but then he's probably quite good at playing spin!

Lets hope that Adams proves your point then tomorrow...

He certainly did when he was at Durham.

Pretty frustrating game against Lancashire and a rained off game against Gloucestershire today.

No Championship games for a couple of weeks now...

Reading on the website, Carberry got a hundred for the seconds the other day. That puts some pressure on Lumb and Benham I would have thought. Personally, I would probably leave out Lumb.

Yes it certainly looks like Carberry is coming back from injury quite well.

And he is back. Squad for tomorrow just announced:

Benham
Carberry
Clark
Crawley
Ervine
Lamb
Lumb
Mascarenhas
Pothas
Taylor
Tremlett
Udal
Warne

It seems that for the first time PT has a pick of his top players... have to say I'm surprised shaggy is back so soon, but delighted all the same. Not sure if he'll play though.

Carbs back in for tomorrow's game with Benham the unlucky bloke to miss out. Lumb's 50 the other day obviously swung it back in his favour.

Dimi Mascarenhas cannot be that far from a ODI call surely? He is opening the bowling and from the stats I've seen he's fair economical.

He's pretty much done that all of his career in the one day stuff. He's not got a call-up yet so I can't see it ever happening...
