Thought Colly would be a lot higher - in both tables.

god Ian Bell is still behind Marcus Trescothick despite playing about 20 games since Tres's last one. Just goes to show how good Tres is and how much we miss him

Interestingly despite Pietersen's number 1 status he hasn't won a MoM award for ages. His last one was against the Aussies in 2005. Colly has picked up 4 already this year and Joyce has won 2 this year. Flintoff (12) also won his first one for more than 2 years against NZ. Anderson won his last one (of 3) against Pakistan in the final ODI in Pakistan. I guess we didn't win many MoM awards last year because we just didn't win any ODI games. Hopefully we'll see a change in that and players moving in the right way up the rankings!

I mean he shouldnt be ranked as high as he is. He is a poor ODI batsman and if he wasnt captain he wouldnt get a game. |

I suppose if you were to look at the company he is keeping way down there adjacent to 70th spot in the rankings, you'd see that he's pretty much down on skid row. Quite embarrassing really.

Yeah, but Bravo, Rudolph, Kaif, ten Doeschate, Tikolo, Morton and Ashraful are all above him.
Akmal, Mishra, Hamish Marshall, Pathan and, ahem, GO Jones are just below him in the rankings. Like I said, Cricket's equivalent to skid row. Joyce is low because he hasn't played enough matches to have credit for his full ranking points just yet. |

Didn't KP get man of the match for winning us the ICCCT game? I thought he was awesome in that game.

No Chris Gayle got MoM for scoring a century and taking 3 wickets.
