Read through the Wormsley stuff a bit closer today and it also appears the minor counties one day final will be there instead of Lords next year - assume this is a direct effect of the Olympics.

It was Sir Paul Getty's private ground in Bucks (just 500 yards from the M40 J5) - and the easiest decent ground for me to get to - check out their website at www.wormsleycricket.co.uk for more info (their videos give you a better appreciation of the ground - it is absolutely beautiful on a nice day but bloody freezing if the wind gets up!

Apparently Tom New is in the 2012 squad. Can't find much info as to other players; their website hasn't been attended to for months.

Chesterfield is a clever move. Provided its dry there should be a good crowd
